EnableUtah has designed programs to make the transition from school to work a great experience for individuals and employers. We specially design programs to meet the needs of each individual and offer a positive growing experience. Our programs include:
- Work Adjustment Services
- Day Training Services
- Enable Living Skills
- Supported Employment
- Benefits Planning to determine how working will affect your SSI/SSDI benefits and what work incentives may apply to each individual’s situation, including job placement services and supported job based training. In this program a Placement Specialist works with each individual to find a job match in the community. Once placement has been found, a Job Coach works will be working with the individual to help them learn their job duties and form relationships with their employer.
Whether you choose to begin your working experience in day training employment, or the community, EnableUtah will provide the assistance you need to be successful. We will help you gain the skills and knowledge employers are looking for. EnableUtah helps at every step of the way to ensure a smooth transition from school to work.
